Thank you so much! We have had a tough year having our meetings weekly with interuptions, but the kids couldn't be more excited to have the materials to begin animating their own media! We are diligently working to get out digital library up and running and this iPad will enable us to add our own media to it! Cannot describe how grateful we are!

I am so greatful for your willingness to support our students. I cannot wait to see the excitement on their faces as they premiere their movies! You have become a part of their educational experience and given them the gift of treasured memories and new experiences. You have also reminded this educator that there is a community of people out there caring for her students beyond her classroom, school campus, and even county. Thank you and may your generousity come back to you threefold.

With gratitude,
Mrs. T.

Thank you so much for your contributions! The project was completely funded much faster then I ever expected. I can't wait to get the tools and see what projects my students complete. A few of them already have several designs and plans ready to go and these tools will help their ideas come to fruition.

With gratitude,
Mr. Garner

Our dance team is so very excited that this project has been funded! We have had a difficult start to the school year with all that Hurricane Irma has brought to our area. Despite the hardship, the kids have been hard at work preparing to compete at their very first dance competition. Your contribution has been such a positive motivator for them and it has made them believe that despite all the hardships we have faced, this is still going to be an amazing year!

With gratitude,
Mrs. Navarro

I am overwhelmed and pleasantly pleased at your kind generosity and speed by which you have made this project become a reality for our students. I am happy that their are citizens and companies such as yourselves that express your love of education and concern for our planet through action and not just mere talk. We will not let you down; I am confident our students will rise to the occasion and that you will be pleased, as I always am, with their creative and artistic projects.

With gratitude,
Mr. Sanchez

Words cannot express how thankful I am for all of your support for this project! I cannot wait to see the pictures the children take of nature and what we all learn together. Every day new studies are published showing the benefits of nature play and I am so excited that my 4-5 year old students will benefit from this right in the city of Chicago.

Thank you so much for funding Little Architects. My students will be thrilled to get their hands on these new materials. They will learn about the process of planning and executing the plan to build a structure. Exploring the process helps students make connections between visual art, math, science, and engineering.

Thank you once again for your generosity and support in funding my professional development project and allowing me the opportunity to attend the Space Exploration Educators Conference at Space Center Houston and NASA's Johnson Space Center. The conference provided an abundance of resources and insight to space education and cross-curricular STEAM activities, that I look forward with excitement into incorporating in to my courses.

Through the conference, we explored hands-on, minds-on learning opportunities for our students. Additionally, the Civil Air Patrol, an extension of the U.S. Air Force, provided insight into resources that are available to teachers and how they provide resources free of charge. The highlight of the conference would be the numerous ground and exclusive tours of NASA's Johnson Space Center, like the Mock Vehicle Assembly Building, Historic Mission Control, and the National Buoyancy Laboratory. The conference also featured a live Q&A with an American astronaut aboard the International Space Station and a visit to the Mission Control Center while a Roscosmos spacewalk was taking place and they were supporting their cosmonaut.

Thank you for the opportunity and I look forward to using the techniques and knowledge learned in my courses this year and those to come in the future.

With gratitude,
Mr. Barbosa

Thank you so much for your incredibly generous donations and for funding the project so quickly. Getting an art program started takes a lot, especially in terms of physical resources. My classes are very large because our school is great and so many students want to attend. I wanted to provide my students with quality materials and experiences, regardless of their class size. With your help I will now be able to do so without burdening their parents or our limited budget. Again thank you so much!

Mrs. Bersohn

Thank you so much for your donation to help rebuild this band! We have our trombone students using this instrument to prepare for our Pep rallies, Christmas Concert, Spring Concert, Concert and Sight-Reading contest, Solo and Ensemble Contest, and All-Region contest. Most of this music is advanced music that requires the F attachment to p lay fluidly and masterfully.

Our students love the way new instruments look. There are no scratches, it doesn't smell funny, and everything on it works! We showed them the trombone we are receiving, and they were all super pumped and let out some hoots and hollers. All of our trombone players have all been trying to figure out who gets to use the "big boy" trombone first.

Our next step is to get this trombone and prepare for all of our concerts and contests mentioned above. We have a very talented trombone section here at the middle school; with 3 members placing in the all region band last year. That is the highest individual honor a student an receive at this grade level. We are aiming for a higher number this year, and with this new addition to our trombone family, it becomes a goal we feel good about achieving.

With gratitude,
Mrs. Smith

Let me start by telling you how truly grateful we are! I wish you could have been present for the reaction from my sweet kiddos when they found out that we had new supplies to use. Cheers erupted from class after class when I broke the news. They were amazed that complete strangers from so far away would take notice, and donate to them.

We have put the markers and watercolors to good use. Kindergarten and first grade spent their time creating beautiful water color paintings. I gave them the freedom to come up with their own designs, and the creativity truly amazed me. The second through fifth graders were tasked with creating optical illusions. We outlined in sharpies, and colored our mind benders with the Crayola markers. It was a lot of fun!

We have many more projects planned, and we can't wait to get them underway. The kids have thoroughly enjoyed having something other than crayons to use. Your generosity has opened up a whole new world of possibilities for them. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

With gratitude,
Mrs. Coulter
