CUSTOMER SERVICE

Here you will find answers to your questions about shopping on the Public-Supply site, your order, payment options and more. If your question is not answered, feel free to contact us at customerservice@public-supply.com.


CHECKOUT

We have aimed to make the Public-Supply online shop as easy to use as possible. Please review your order before checking out as to prevent any errors. If you do make a mistake in your order, please let us know immediately by emailing us at customerservice@public-supply.com and we will do everything we can to fix it!


SHIPPING

All shipping and returns are free of charge. For our free shipping in the United States we use USPS.  Following credit card authorization and verification, you will receive your Public-Supply products within approximately 7-10 business days. Please note; our shipping warehouse is located in Brooklyn, NY.  If your shipping address is in the Northeast, you will generally receive your package within 3-5 days. Expedited shipping methods are available for an additional charge.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to most locations internationally via USPS. The customer is responsible for paying any resulting customs tariffs, duties or VAT on international shipments. Free returns are not offered for international shipments.

PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.


SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax will be charged to all purchases shipping to New York.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Public-Supply will provide a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Simply return the item(s) within 15 days of the receipt of your shipment. Any returned item must be in its original condition and in its original retail packaging.

Free Returns: We offer free returns for all items shipped in the continental United States. Please email customerservice@public-supply.com regarding your return and we will reply with a shipping label.  Print the shipping label and drop the package off at a UPS or USPS location.

Return Notification: Once we receive your return package, we will send you an email notifying you of your return. This email will be sent to the email address as provided on your original order. Please note that credit may take 2 billing cycles to show on your bank statement depending upon your credit card issuer.
