From the Teacher

My students have been very excited about the new cameras. They said, we finally have new technology that works and the quality of video is superior to what we were using last year. 

Currently we are working on two projects . First we are showcasing our top skater in a five minute movie about how skateboarding has encouraged him to be a better student. We are comparing his deep concentration of the physical sport and how he has channeled that energy into the classroom. Second, we are finishing Bully movies from last semester that we will share with other teachers and students. These movies encourage students to not be bystanders.

This project is helping me in the classroom and teaching by giving more access to more students. More access to technology and applications equals a deeper learning for those interested in putting in more time. The payoff is indescribable.
