Thank you so much for your generous contribution to digital learning in my classroom! I am using the chromebooks to support both student research and publishing online materials. Projects that have been supported by the laptops include: digital exchange with a classroom in Morocco via padlet.com; Posting of social justice posters and neighborhood installation for discussion; research on artists including monument design, ecological artists, and animal sculptors; and more. We look forward to using them for research and publication on our migration and visual storytelling unit this spring. Without this resource students are often reliant on their cell phones for research, which can create disparities between students that have smartphones and do not. Thank you for helping to bridge the digital divide in our classroom, and for helping to introduce our students to 21st century skills.
