From the Teacher
There are very few things more gratifying to a reading teacher then when a child comes in your class and cannot wait to read and write. Your generosity has allowed me and more importantly, my students to experience just that- an environment where writing is fun and exciting. When I announce every day that it is time to "Work On Writing", I get fist pumps and cheers. Students then scatter across the classroom and their favorite spot to gravitate to is the writer's corner which you provided. The table and bean bags give them a comfortable space to tap into their imagination and write their stories. The sturdy pencil sharpener ensures that their is never a dull lead in the room.With gratitude,
