From the Teacher
Thank you so much for your generous donation. These camera will help my students as they take pictures for our school newsletter and yearbook. We are surrounded by great natural beauty. I am convinced that my students may one day be the photographers and journalists that are taking pictures of Alaska's wildlife, northern lights, mountains, rivers, and native culture that are currently seen in National Geographic and other magazines and newspapers.My students are from a rural Yup'ik Alaskan fishing village. They are in an alternative program designed to help them complete their requirements for graduation. Again thanks for your contribution.
